Qatar is hiring for Service Desk Analyst/ IT Helpdesk Agent
Requirements:
• Candidate shall hold a Diploma/Degree in an IT-related field
• 5+ years of experience providing first level IT support remotely over the phone and remotes tools in a service desk environment
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and the office suite
• Mandatory L1 support expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Azure and 0365 administration to support end user-related incidents.
• Knowledge of IT service Management principles and Fundamental IT security principles.
