We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Qatar, specializing in Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling RO plant solutions to potential clients in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors, driving business growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for RO plants.
Identify and engage with prospective clients, including industries, commercial facilities, and government entities.
Present technical information on RO plants to potential customers and provide tailored solutions based on their specific needs.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to ensure customer needs are understood and addressed.

Technical Support:
Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, ensuring accurate specifications, design considerations, and project estimates.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements and compliance standards.

Market Research:
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Stay updated on new technologies and advancements in RO plant systems.

Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and technical documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in water treatment or RO plant systems.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a technical sales environment.
Strong understanding of RO systems and water treatment technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Must have a valid passport
