The MSI Group is seeking a highly motivated and bilingual IT professional to join our growing team in Qatar!
About the Role:
Provide first-level IT support remotely to clients across Qatar.
Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues using phone and remote tools.
Maintain excellent customer service, ensuring user satisfaction.
Maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suite.
Adhere to ITIL service management best practices (mandatory ITIL certification required).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a Service Desk environment.
Fluency in English and Arabic (or another relevant language).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
