Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling additional IT solutions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
• Provide in-depth technical knowledge of products and solutions.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer requirements.
• Assist in developing customized solutions that meet client needs and business objectives.
• Conduct solution demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to non
technical clients.
• Leverage IT technical knowledge to understand and address client needs.
• Provide technical insights during sales pitches and negotiations.
• Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies to better serve clients.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients.
• Secure and close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term relationships
