We are currently seeking a Guest Service Supervisor for our 3-star Hotel in Doha. The ideal candidate should possess qualities of intelligence, energy, and strong teamwork abilities. Fluency in both Arabic and English, along with exceptional communication skills, is essential. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving and customer service, and be capable of effectively leading a team of 5 to 10 employees in the Front Office and Reservations departments. Building and maintaining relationships with both internal staff and external guests is a crucial aspect of the role.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred, or alternatively, a bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, is required. Familiarity with IDS hotel operation software is advantageous.
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in Guest Service, Front Office, and Reservation roles within a 2 to 3 Star Hotel setting is necessary.
Salary Package:
- The basic salary ranges from QAR 2200 to 2500, with additional benefits including accommodation, transport, and annual benefits in accordance with Qatar Labour Rules.
