Alfardan Group is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Office Agent to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the hotel industry and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service during check-in and check-out processes. This role is crucial in creating a positive first and last impression for our guests.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Guest Services:

Perform check-in and check-out procedures for hotel guests in a friendly and caring manner following Kempinski procedures and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards.
Display a professional and positive image of the hotel at all times.
Communication:

Communicate effectively with guests, providing excellent customer service.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
Administrative Tasks:

Manage reservations and room assignments.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and payments.
Utilize hotel management software and ensure data accuracy.
Skills & Requirements:

Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role within the hotel industry.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (both written and verbal).
Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Proficient computer skills and strong organizational abilities.
Locally available in Qatar and eligible to work.
