We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Data Entry and Document Controller to join our team at sigmarket company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, with exceptional organizational and data management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
- Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
- Ensure data integrity and perform regular data quality checks.
Document Control:
- Manage and control all company documents, ensuring they are properly categorized and stored.
- Maintain an organized and efficient document filing system, both electronic and physical.
Records Management:
- Ensure all documents are up to date and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of document control procedures and records.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Prepare and generate reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Communication:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth data and document management processes.
- Address and resolve any issues related to data entry and document control in a timely manner.
