We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Data Entry and Document Controller to join our team at sigmarket company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, with exceptional organizational and data management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Entry:

    • Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
    • Ensure data integrity and perform regular data quality checks.
  2. Document Control:

    • Manage and control all company documents, ensuring they are properly categorized and stored.
    • Maintain an organized and efficient document filing system, both electronic and physical.
  3. Records Management:

    • Ensure all documents are up to date and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct regular audits of document control procedures and records.
  4. Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
    • Prepare and generate reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  5. Communication:

    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth data and document management processes.
    • Address and resolve any issues related to data entry and document control in a timely manner.
