We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Agent to join our team at sigmarket company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
- Provide prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently.
Issue Resolution:
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
Customer Relations:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Documentation:
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Prepare and provide customer activity reports to management.
Feedback Collection:
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product and service teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and provide valuable customer insights and suggestions.
