Customer Service Workshop Agent (Doha, Qatar)
Are you passionate about chocolate and have a flair for design?
We’re looking for a talented and creative Workshop Agent to join our team in Doha, Qatar! In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for creating beautiful chocolate designs and arrangements, while providing exceptional customer service.
What you’ll do:
Design and arrange chocolates, showcasing a keen eye for detail and artistic flair
Oversee and assist customers with their chocolate selection and customization needs
Ensure a positive and memorable customer experience
What you bring to the table:
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (visual or fashion merchandising, graphic design, or other arts) (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a chocolate shop or similar retail environment
Strong sense of design, color, and style
A burst of creativity and imagination
Artistic ability to bring chocolate visions to life
Working knowledge of current marketing tools (a plus)
Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and a willingness to learn
