LOOKING OF HR – CHANGE AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER
Qualifications:
· Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree
· Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
· Fluent in English language
· Experience in project management and people management.
· Experience with managing business change in projects.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Clarizen)
· Contract Period: 12 months
· Must have valid QID and locally available
Job Purpose:
Work with HR Project Management Office and HR Management to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate
utilization and proficiency with systems, processes and technology changes that impact employees.
Support usual change efforts and initiatives across the group using proven change management strategies,
tolls and templates.
