We are looking for a Asst Manager- Guest Service & Operations for our 3 star hotel in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should be a good team player and should have an excellent level of commercial awareness & effective communication, daily hotel operation, capable to lead a star hotel team of 10- 15 employees and who can build and maintain relationships with internal and external guests.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Excellent revenue management skills with experience of budgets and forecasting. Working with colleagues to share skills, knowledge, resources and networks. Highly focused, have excellent communication skills, be motivated and professional in appearance and presentation. Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset or Graduates bachelor degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field. Computer Knowledge, MS office. Working experience in IDS hotel operation software is desirable.  Minimum 3 to 4 years of work experience in a 2 to 3 Star Hotel .
Salary Package
Basic salary of QAR 2500 to 3000+ Accommodation + Transport+ Annual Benefits as per Qatar Labour Rule
