We are looking for motivated and dynamic Marketing Executives (both male and female) with a valid driving license to join our team and help expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote MEP contracting services across various channels.
• Identify and target new clients and business opportunities within the construction and engineering sectors.
• Conduct site visits and meet with potential clients to present the company’s portfolio and services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Work closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Manage social media platforms and digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to generate leads.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in marketing or sales within the construction, engineering, or MEP sector.
• Strong understanding of MEP services and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license is mandatory.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
