We are looking for a Senior Quality Control Consultant to lead quality assurance efforts across all systems and processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that high standards are consistently met in both tax-related and organizational activities, providing leadership and expertise in quality control and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure high standards for tax and organizational processes.
Test Planning & Execution: Develop and execute testing plans to validate system functionality, performance, and security.
Compliance & Standards Enforcement: Ensure all systems comply with regulatory standards, internal policies, and quality benchmarks.
Process Improvement: Identify and recommend changes to enhance system quality, efficiency, and performance.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with departments to implement quality protocols tailored to their operational needs.
Defect Tracking & Resolution: Lead efforts to identify, document, and resolve system defects, ensuring timely fixes.
Quality Metrics & Reporting: Track quality metrics and report progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of testing processes, defects, resolutions, and best practices.
Training & Support: Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance standards and best practices.
Risk & Impact Analysis: Assess the risk and impact of system defects, recommending preventive measures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control leadership, particularly in tax or regulatory environments.
Strong skills in test planning, compliance management, and process improvement.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop and monitor quality metrics.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across departments.
Experience in defect tracking and resolution processes.
