Marketing Supervisor vacancy in Qatar

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Center’s services.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the healthcare industry.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet marketing objectives.
Content Creation and Management:
Supervise the creation of engaging content for the center’s website, social media, newsletters, and other communication platforms.
Ensure all content aligns with the center’s brand and messaging.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee the center’s online presence, including website management, SEO, and social media.
Utilize analytics to track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Public Relations and Outreach:
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, healthcare organizations, and the community.
Coordinate and manage events, health fairs, and community outreach programs.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement professional development plans.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Track expenditures and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance the Aljazeera Medical Center brand image.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Patient Engagement:
Develop strategies to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction.
Implement patient feedback mechanisms to improve services and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
