Performance Coordinator
– Profound knowledge of Oracle Fusion Talent Management software and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for in-depth analysis and reporting.
– Strong analytical abilities for interpreting performance data, identifying trends, and formulating insightful organizational enhancement recommendations.
– High proficiency in Excel and the other Microsoft Office Suite
Outstanding communication skills, capable of leading effective training sessions and workshops on performance management best practices.
– A thorough understanding of current HR laws, regulations, and best practices concerning performance management, ensuring performance policy and procedure are compliant and up-to-date.
– Significant expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, encompassing Talent Management, Goal Management, and the Performance Management lifecycle.
– Ability to independently set up review periods, create eligibility profiles, goal plans, performance templates, performance documents, feedback templates, check-ins, and questionnaires in Oracle cloud.
